1. Use of Generative AI

FlowOS integrates artificial intelligence throughout the platform to provide personalized business insights, conversational assistance, content generation, and strategic support. This disclosure is intended to help you understand the capabilities and limitations of these technologies.

2. Not Professional Advice

AI-generated content in FlowOS is for informational and educational purposes only. It should not be considered as a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or business advice. Always consult with a qualified professional for specific advice related to your situation.

3. Accuracy and Limitations

Generative AI models are probabilistic, meaning they predict likely outputs based on patterns. As a result:

  • AI may occasionally present information that is inaccurate or incomplete
  • Scores and metrics are approximations designed to surface patterns, not absolute measurements
  • AI outputs may reflect biases present in training data
  • Business decisions should always involve your own judgment

You are responsible for evaluating the accuracy of any AI-generated content before relying on it.

4. Human in the Loop

While many features are AI-powered, critical deliverables are human-reviewed. Retention Gameplans are built using AI-assisted analysis but are reviewed, refined, and approved by a human consultant before delivery. Strategy calls are conducted by a human, not AI. We strongly recommend reviewing and evaluating any AI-generated content before making business decisions based on it.

  • Powers conversational AI chat with context about your business and goals
  • Analyzes weekly check-in responses to calculate scores and detect patterns
  • Processes diagnostic responses to generate structured insights and recommendations
  • Maintains an updated knowledge base about your business for personalized support
  • Guides interactive exercises that produce actionable business outputs
  • Transcribes voice recordings into text

6. Your Data and AI

  • Your data is sent to third-party AI services only to provide platform features
  • We have data processing agreements in place with our AI providers
  • Your data is not used to train foundational AI models
  • AI context about your business is stored in your private, encrypted profile
  • You can request deletion of all AI-generated content about you at any time

7. Automated Decision Making

Our AI tools are designed to assist humans, not replace them. We do not use AI for fully automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human intervention.

8. Continuous Improvement

We continuously improve how AI is used in FlowOS. As AI capabilities evolve, we will update this disclosure to reflect any significant changes in how AI processes your data or generates content.
