Terms of Service

1. Service Description

FlowOS is a client delivery and retention platform operated by Lansiraj d.o.o., trading as Client Flow ("we", "us", "our"). The platform combines human consulting (delivered by Filip Sardi) with AI-powered tools built on Anthropic Claude (Sonnet 4.6 and Haiku 4.5):

  • Flowie: conversational AI strategist for in-platform questions and continuity
  • FlowMapper: AI-powered business diagnostic that maps retention gaps
  • BusinessDNA: AI-powered onboarding that captures your offer + model
  • Gameplan parser: AI synthesizes your diagnostic + call transcript into a 90-day plan, then reviewed by Filip before delivery
  • Waves: AI-powered strategic tools that generate practical artifacts
  • Pulse analysis: AI scoring and weekly check-in commentary
  • Task management, vault, wins feed, lessons library and other delivery-platform features

2. Account and Access

Access to FlowOS is by invitation only. By accepting an invitation and creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use FlowOS for its intended purpose of business development and client retention. You will not:

  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Attempt to extract, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform's AI models or proprietary methodologies
  • Use the platform to store or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights
  • Interfere with the platform's operation or other users' access

4. AI-Generated Content

FlowOS uses Anthropic Claude (Sonnet 4.6 and Haiku 4.5) to generate business insights, analysis, and recommendations across the features listed in §1. AI-generated content is probabilistic, not deterministic - it is designed to inform your decisions, not replace professional judgment. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content for your specific situation.

All gameplans and strategic recommendations are reviewed by Filip Sardi before delivery. AI-assisted features such as Flowie chat, FlowMapper, BusinessDNA, Pulse analysis, and Wave artifacts are generated automatically and should be evaluated critically. AI does not make automated decisions about you in the sense of Article 22 GDPR — outputs inform Filip and inform you, but the decisions are yours.

5. Intellectual Property

The FlowOS platform, including its design, code, AI models, methodologies, and frameworks (including but not limited to the Client Flow Score, Retention Gameplan structure, and diagnostic frameworks), are the intellectual property of Client Flow.

Content you create within FlowOS (profile data, task notes, diagnostic responses) remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process this content to provide the service.

6. Payment and Refunds

Fees are as quoted at the time of purchase. Access is granted upon payment confirmation. Refund policies are communicated at the point of sale and vary by service tier.

7. Account Termination

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowOS is provided "as is." We are not liable for business decisions made based on platform insights, AI-generated recommendations, or strategic analysis. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zagreb, Croatia.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of FlowOS after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
